How does it work?
Coaching engagements kick off with a complimentary consultation to assess the client's needs. Based on the goals of the coaching partnership, Christina may conduct a 360 assessment to gain insights into the client's strengths and performance. During each session, clients are encouraged to come prepared with a specific topic for discussion. Through meaningful conversations and tailored exercises, clients will deepen their understanding of their unique leadership style and hidden blind spots, while collaboratively addressing barriers that may hinder reaching their full potential.
